| Dr. Vahid Mahabadi |

| Vahid Mahabadi, MD, is a board certified internist, with a special interest in endocrinology. He received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Carol Davila" in Romania. He also received his Masters degree in public health (MPH) from the University of California, Los Angeles. His residency in internal medicine was completed at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science / Martin Luther King Jr. Hospital. Dr. Mahabadi also completed a fellowship in endocrinology at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.
Dr. Mahabadi's clinical areas of expertise include male reproductive disorders, thyroid diseases and cancer, and pituitary disorders. He is a member of several organizations including the American Society of Andrology, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologist and the American College of Physicians. Dr. Mahabadi is trilingual in English, Farsi and Romanian.
Dr. Mahabadi is committed to excellence in comprehensive health care for men and women, in a partnership that honors patient individuality and dignity. His approach involves understanding the patient's health care needs and implementing state-of-the-art techniques and compassionate care.

Minh Mach, MD, is a Fellow of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (FACE) and is board certified in endocrinology, geriatrics and internal medicine. He received his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine. His residency in internal medicine and endocrinology were both completed at UCLA Medical Center.
Dr. Mach provides a comprehensive approach to diagnosing and treating diabetes. His extensive experience in endocrinology, geriatrics and internal medicine allows him to provide his patients with the most comprehensive care combining compassion, state-of-the-art medical techniques and education.
Poorly controlled diabetes can cause a variety of short and long term health consequences. According to the American Diabetes Association, 17 million Americans suffer from diabetes; nearly 6 million of these don't know they are affected.
Dr. Mach is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese and Spanish. He is also an Adjunct Clinical Professor at UCLA School of Medicine and is currently the Medical Director for the Diabetes Education Center.

Dr. Shawna Weisler is board certified in Endocrinology, Metabolism and Internal Medicine. Her residency in internal medicine was completed at St. John's Hospital in Michigan. Her fellowship in endocrinology was completed at UCLA-VA, Wadsworth Hospital Los Angeles.
Providing care in endocrinology, diabetes management and metabolism, Dr. Shawna Weisler is committed to providing the most comprehensive approach available. She combines compassion, state-of-the-art medical techniques and education to teach her patients the key techniques for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Weisler takes time to understand each individual patient and their needs and is always willing to discuss all aspects and options of treatment.
Dr. Weisler has a particular interest in patients with glucose intolerance, (for example, polycystic ovarian syndrome and dysmetabolic syndrome) and provides preventative and aggressive treatment to forestall future complications. Her clinical experience also includes insulin pump therapy and treatment and evaluation of osteoporosis. Dr. Weisler is a member of the medical staffs at Providence Saint Joseph and Providence Holy Cross Medical Centers providing care in endocrinology and diabetes management. |
